Kendra Dancing with the Stars Advice

By now Kendra Wilkinson has amassed a great amount of experience as a reality television star from shows like The Girls Next Door and Dancing with the Stars. So who better than her to get advice from!

Kendra recently hosted a party at the Pool After Dark in Atlantic City and was full of tidbits of gossip and advice (including her daily exercise routine) for anyone willing to listen.

She still enjoys her vices too, saying: “I’m enjoying my alcohol a little too much now. No–we’re very balanced out right now so we would love to have another baby but maybe not just now.”

Her advice for the new Dancing with the Stars cast? She says: “Make the best of it! My biggest pet peeve when I was on there was when people said, ‘just have fun’ that is the worst advice you can give anybody on that damn show because everybody is like whatever because that’s all you hear”

Rumors have abounded that she might be preparing to have another child with footballer Hank Baskett, but she has laid that rumor to rest saying she is happy just looking after little Hank and having time to look after herself.

As for Kendra’s exercise routine, her advice: “I love working out, I love being active; I play every sport in the book and I just try to have fun with my workouts,” So that’s the secret, learn to make exercise fun and keep it varied.

She has also changed her eating patterns recently, moving from large meals to “grazing”. He description of grazing: “I’m a grazing–I don’t eat meals, I graze. Lately I learned how to cook brussel sprouts and stuff like that so we’ve learned how to cook really good brussel sprouts so we’ve been eating a lot of those having a lot of good salads”

Kendra Wilkinson has never been shy about publicising her sex life, we can tell that easily by seeing her performance in the Kendra Exposed sex tape!

But now Kendra has told People magazine she feels sexier and hotter than ever and also has been having “crazy sex” with husband Hank Baskett. By “crazy sex” we can assume she has been having it frequently and everywhere! We already know she has a penchant for sexing her husband in every room of the house.

Not many would complain to see Kendra on the stripper pole again showing off that extra toned body. Weeks of dance training for the Dancing with the Stars competition not only made her trim and tight, but it has increased her sexual libido.

When People magazine asked if her Dancing training had made sex better, she said: “Yeah, oh my god, yeah.”

Kendra then added: “It really proved that I could be sexy with some clothes on. Not a lot of clothes, but it proved to myself that I can do something like this.”

Kendra stays cool

There are a few ways to stay cool in Los Angeles as the weather heats up. Go to the beach, go to an air conditioned shopping center… but the Kendra Wilkinson way is one I would recommend for any ex-playboy hotty. Just splash water all over your chest!

Temperatures where very high yesterday and after a rehearsal for Dancing with the Stars, Kendra decided the best way to cool off was splashing some water over her cleavage. We approve of this method!

In other Kendra news, no word about how she feels after being snubbed by Hugh Hefner and not being invited to his wedding!

Kendra Wilkinson has revealed the extent of her nerves before performing on the first episode of this season’s Dancing with the Stars.  Terrified is perhaps a good word to use!

Kendra has told People magazine that she was immensely relieved to get her first dance out of the way. Wilkinson performed the cha cha with partner Louis van Amstel and posted in a ‘decent’ performance. A crowd pleaser but one which didn’t impress the judges too much.

Kendra said: “In the cha cha you’re not supposed to bend your knees but I had to or I would have passed out, I was so nervous, I barely took a breath.” You could tell she had some issues with form, which probably explains the poor scores from the judges.

Strangely, Kendra explains that despite hosting events and appearing nude in magazines, she is terrified of live performance. “I have a fear of the stage, a fear of the audience,” she said, “[The bright lights of the ballroom] made me dizzy. But I pulled it out and the fact that Carrie Ann [Inaba] said I didn’t miss one step made me feel so good.”

Knowing Kendra’s competitive spirit she will do a lot better in round 2 as she gets used to the crowds and the pressure. The next episode of the hit series will air on March 28 (8 p.m. ET) on ABC.

Kendra Wilkinson has made her debut on Dancing with the Stars in an incredibly sexy blue dress, but the actual dancing didn’t go as well as planned! Kendra is a favorite to win the competition with bookies and amongst many in the crowd, but her debut performance had a couple of jittery moments where her partner obviously forcing her into some positions.

She looked great and she managed to keep great time with the music but the routine had a few rough edges, perhaps due to nervousness.
