Kendra Dancing with the Stars Advice
By now Kendra Wilkinson has amassed a great amount of experience as a reality television star from shows like The Girls Next Door and Dancing with the Stars. So who better than her to get advice from!
Kendra recently hosted a party at the Pool After Dark in Atlantic City and was full of tidbits of gossip and advice (including her daily exercise routine) for anyone willing to listen.
She still enjoys her vices too, saying: “I’m enjoying my alcohol a little too much now. No–we’re very balanced out right now so we would love to have another baby but maybe not just now.”
Her advice for the new Dancing with the Stars cast? She says: “Make the best of it! My biggest pet peeve when I was on there was when people said, ‘just have fun’ that is the worst advice you can give anybody on that damn show because everybody is like whatever because that’s all you hear”
Rumors have abounded that she might be preparing to have another child with footballer Hank Baskett, but she has laid that rumor to rest saying she is happy just looking after little Hank and having time to look after herself.
As for Kendra’s exercise routine, her advice: “I love working out, I love being active; I play every sport in the book and I just try to have fun with my workouts,” So that’s the secret, learn to make exercise fun and keep it varied.
She has also changed her eating patterns recently, moving from large meals to “grazing”. He description of grazing: “I’m a grazing–I don’t eat meals, I graze. Lately I learned how to cook brussel sprouts and stuff like that so we’ve learned how to cook really good brussel sprouts so we’ve been eating a lot of those having a lot of good salads”

Kendra Wilkinson has revealed the extent of her nerves before performing on the first episode of this season’s Dancing with the Stars. Terrified is perhaps a good word to use!
Kendra has told People magazine that she was immensely relieved to get her first dance out of the way. Wilkinson performed the cha cha with partner Louis van Amstel and posted in a ‘decent’ performance. A crowd pleaser but one which didn’t impress the judges too much.
Kendra said: “In the cha cha you’re not supposed to bend your knees but I had to or I would have passed out, I was so nervous, I barely took a breath.” You could tell she had some issues with form, which probably explains the poor scores from the judges.
Strangely, Kendra explains that despite hosting events and appearing nude in magazines, she is terrified of live performance. “I have a fear of the stage, a fear of the audience,” she said, “[The bright lights of the ballroom] made me dizzy. But I pulled it out and the fact that Carrie Ann [Inaba] said I didn’t miss one step made me feel so good.”
Knowing Kendra’s competitive spirit she will do a lot better in round 2 as she gets used to the crowds and the pressure. The next episode of the hit series will air on March 28 (8 p.m. ET) on ABC.

Kendra Wilkinson ready for dancing with the stars
Kendra Wilkinson is reportedly hitting the gym like a maniac to prepare for her upcoming appearance on Dancing with the Stars. The show is in it’s 12 season already and still has millions of viewers.
Kendra’s partner will be the experienced dancer Louis van Amstel who will certainly put her through her paces. This new season of Dancing with the Stars premieres on March 12!
Kendra’s biggest combination comes from sports stars and movies stars who already have advanced footwork. As Kendra says: “I’m worried about the Karate Kid [Ralph Macchio],” said Kendra, “the wrestler [Chris Jericho] and the boxer [Sugar Ray Leonard], because it’s all about brainwork with dancing and they have it already.”
Wilkinson is super excited about the show, writing on her blog: “You’ll have to tune in for the premiere of DWTS on March 21st on ABC to see where we met and how it happened though! I’m sooooo happy that he’s my partner and I can’t wait to see what the season brings!!! YAYYYYYYY!”

She was spotted promoting her book on the Wendy Williams Show, and here she is before the interview looking cute and comfortable in a pink tracksuit.
Kendra also spoke about her latest fitness DVD which helps moms get back into shape after having babies.

Well Kendra is certainly using the popularity of her recent Kendra Exposed sex video to create more publicity for her other products. The latest is a Kendra Wilkinson fitness video!
To promote the new video as well as her book entitled “Sliding into Home”, Kendra went to the E! News studios in Los Angeles. Kendra looked pretty casual in gym shoes, shorts and a blue top and she was smiling and waving to the cameras.
Kendra told E! that the secret to success was to keep active and that’s what her fitness video focusses on: “Get that heart rate up, and that’s the No. 1 key to a happy life, really feeling good about yourself and feeling sexy.”
Kendra also revealed she has a crush on Halle Berry in the interview, but hey who doesn’t
